The word technology came from the Greek word techne meaning art, skill, and the science of craft. It’s the methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services to accomplish objectives effectively. From the invention of the fire to the wheel, the Agricultural Revolution and the use of farming animals to cultivate fields helped humans progress by reducing so much hard work. The Romans even used watermills to grind grain and lift water for irrigation. Technology has advanced through history along with the people who adopted it.
